'Processing & roasting the Almonds: பாதாமை எப்படி ப்ராசஸ் செய்வது & ரோஸ்ட் செய்வது: I am going to share how I am processing the Almonds and ghee roasting it. Usually I do it in microwave or in convection oven. I am going to share how to pan fry it. Ingredients: 1/2 kg Almonds 2 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp salt Direction: Soak almonds for 12 - 14 hrs and wash in between and change water at least 2 times. Then drain the water and dry it on a clean towel for 1 whole day or more. Then heat ghee over low to medium heat and fry the almonds for 8-10 mins. Once a nice smell started to come remove from the heat.
